Competence and personality
As each business and each situation is different we would first like to understand your project. Are you going to build an application from scratch or are you going to work on an existing application? Depending on the nature of the project, the used technology and the complexity you can bring a scrum team together. You would also need to know for how long you would need the team. What are you going to do when the project has been deployed. How to organise maintenance?
A good scrum team is formed with multidisciplinary professionals and consists of a good mix of senior, medior and junior members. When selecting the members it is not only important that they have the right technical competences. Their communication skills are just as important.
It is important to realise that a team of good professionals can only be successful under the right circumstances. You will have to set up good procedures and not save on code reviewing, documentation and quality assurance. Even with agile projects, good preparation is half the job.
